FTC reserves the right to determine partnerships and contracts at our sole discretion.

Client & Partner Responsibilities

  • If you engage with Follow Through Consulting as a business partner, vendor, or contractor, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate information about your capabilities and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold industry standards in all contract-related engagements.
  • Meet deadlines and regulatory requirements as outlined in contract agreements.
  • Abide by confidentiality agreements when working with FTC.

Payment Terms

All fees and financial terms will be communicated upfront in written agreements or invoices. You agree to pay any applicable fees in full and on time as per the agreed-upon terms.

Payment Methods: FTC accepts bank transfers, ACH payments, and approved payment processing platforms.
Late Payments: Overdue invoices may incur late fees or penalties. FTC reserves the right to withhold services or pursue legal action for non-payment.
Refunds & Cancellations: FTC’s services are contract-based and non-refundable unless specified in individual agreements.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Limited Warranty: FTC provides services "as is" and makes no guarantees beyond what is stated in individual contracts.

Liability Limits: FTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from contract execution, business partnerships, or use of our website. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Follow Through Consulting, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or participation in contract partnerships.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and documents provided by Follow Through Consulting, including but not limited to website content, business processes, contract strategies, and proprietary research, remain the intellectual property of FTC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without FTC’s express written permission.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

If you engage in a business relationship with FTC, you may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

FTC reserves the right to terminate any partnership or contract engagement if a party violates confidentiality agreements.
